Description

A delicious low-carb quiche filled with cheese, bacon, and vegetables, perfect for a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust keto-friendly
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream.
  3. Add cheese, bacon, spinach, onion, salt, and pepper; mix until well combined.
