Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream.
- Add cheese, bacon, spinach, onion, salt, and pepper; mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden on top.
