Delicious and easy to make, these Keto Pizza Muffins are a perfect low-carb snack or meal option.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, eggs, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped pepperoni.
  4. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
