A delicious and healthy keto-friendly casserole featuring zoodles, chicken, and savory pesto.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups zoodles (zucchini noodles)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cottage cheese, pesto, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Stir in the zoodles until well mixed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
