- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup erythritol or sweetener of choice
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar-free syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and melted butter to form the crust.
- Press the crust mixture into a pie pan and precook for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk together sweetener, eggs, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon.
- Stir in the pecans and sugar-free syrup until well combined.
- Pour the filling into the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Let cool for at least 2 hours before serving.
