Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup erythritol or sweetener of choice
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup sugar-free syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and melted butter to form the crust.
  3. Press the crust mixture into a pie pan and precook for 10 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together sweetener, eggs, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Stir in the pecans and sugar-free syrup until well combined.
