Description

Deliciously nutty and satisfyingly sweet, these Keto Pecan Pie Bars are a perfect low-carb dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 cups pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup sugar-free maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, erythritol, melted butter, and salt to form the crust.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla extract, and sugar-free maple syrup.
  5. Add chopped pecans to the mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until set.
  8. Let cool before slicing into bars.
