Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, erythritol, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together peanut butter, eggs, vanilla, and almond milk.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the batter into muffin tins.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
