Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, erythritol, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together peanut butter, eggs, vanilla, and almond milk.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
