- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, shredded coconut, erythritol, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
- Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
