Description

A delicious and low-carb version of the classic meatball stroganoff, perfect for keto diets.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together ground beef, almond flour, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form mixture into meatballs.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  4. Pour in beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
  5. Add meatballs back to the skillet and simmer until cooked through and sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes
