- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together ground beef, almond flour, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form mixture into meatballs.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- Add mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until softened.
- Pour in beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
- Add meatballs back to the skillet and simmer until cooked through and sauce thickens.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider using shredded cheese on top before serving.
- Serve with zoodles or cauliflower rice for a complete meal.
