This Keto Lemon Bread is a delicious and easy low-carb treat perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup granulated erythritol
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla.
  4. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until well combined.
