Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease four ramekins.
- Melt the sugar-free dark chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, egg yolks, and erythritol until thick and pale.
- Stir in the melted chocolate mixture and vanilla extract.
- Fold in the almond flour, salt, and cocoa powder until just combined.
- Divide the batter among the prepared ramekins and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes, until the edges are firm but the center is soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates and serve immediately.
