Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season pork chops with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brown the pork chops on both sides in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes each side.
