- 2 cups zucchini, sliced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the Italian sausage until browned.
- Add zucchini, diced tomatoes, and spices. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
