Delicious cream horns made low-carb with a keto-friendly twist.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or sweetener of choice
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and sweetener.
  3. In another bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Shape the dough into horn shapes on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. While horns cool, whip heavy cream with vanilla extract and powdered sweetener until stiff peaks form.
  8. Once horns are cooled, fill them with the whipped cream.
