- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup erythritol or sweetener of choice
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and sweetener.
- In another bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into horn shapes on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- While horns cool, whip heavy cream with vanilla extract and powdered sweetener until stiff peaks form.
- Once horns are cooled, fill them with the whipped cream.
Notes
- Chill the filled horns for a bit before serving for best results.
- Customize the sweetness to your preference.
