Deliciously sweet and satisfying, these Keto Cranberry Pecan Magic Bars are the perfect treat for anyone following a low-carb diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar-free cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, chopped pecans, erythritol, and melted butter until well mixed.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form a crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  5. Spread the sugar-free cranberry sauce evenly over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle the sugar-free chocolate chips on top of the cranberry sauce.
  7. Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider adding a pinch of cinnamon to the crust mixture.
