Description

Delicious and healthy Keto Cranberry Cinnamon Rolls made with almond flour and a touch of sweetness.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup cranberries (dried and unsweetened)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, and melted coconut oil.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Roll the dough out and sprinkle with cranberries and cinnamon.
  6. Roll it up tightly and slice into rolls.
  7. Place the rolls onto a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Let cool, then serve.
