Description

A delicious and creamy chicken soup that’s keto-friendly and perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
  2. Add chicken broth, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir in the cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
