- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, almond flour, mozzarella cheese, eggs, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix until a dough forms.
- On a floured surface, shape the dough into small knots.
- Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the knots with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
