- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup almond flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, blend the cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture.
- Add the salt and almond flour, then fold until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
