- 1 ounce sugar-free dark chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease ramekins.
- In a bowl, mix cocoa powder, almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- Melt butter and dark chocolate together, then add to the dry ingredients.
- Mix in eggs and vanilla until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the ramekins and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Let cool for a minute, then invert onto plates and serve warm.
