Description

A rich and gooey chocolate lava cake that is keto-friendly and perfect for satisfying dessert cravings.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ounce sugar-free dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease ramekins.
  2. In a bowl, mix cocoa powder, almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Melt butter and dark chocolate together, then add to the dry ingredients.
  4. Mix in eggs and vanilla until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the ramekins and bake for 12-15 minutes.
