- 2 cups cauliflower florets
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté ground beef, onion, and red bell pepper over medium heat until the meat is browned.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning; bring to a simmer.
- Add cauliflower florets and cook until tender.
- Lower heat and stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese; cook until cheese is melted.
