- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your waffle maker.
- In a bowl, mix the mozzarella cheese, eggs, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Lightly grease the waffle maker with cooking spray.
- Pour the batter into the waffle maker and close the lid.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the chaffles and serve warm.
Notes
- Serve with sugar-free syrup or toppings of your choice.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- For a sweeter version, you can add a low-carb sweetener to the batter.
