Description

A delicious low-carb alternative to traditional waffles made with cheese and eggs.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle maker.
  2. In a bowl, mix the mozzarella cheese, eggs, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Lightly grease the waffle maker with cooking spray.
  4. Pour the batter into the waffle maker and close the lid.
  5. Cook for 3-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the chaffles and serve warm.
