Ingredients

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
- 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, psyllium husk, caraway seeds, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs and add the boiling water, mixing well.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape them into buns.
- Place the buns on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

- Store leftover buns in an airtight container for up to a week.
