Delicious and fluffy keto caraway seed dinner buns that are perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, psyllium husk, caraway seeds, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and add the boiling water, mixing well.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape them into buns.
  6. Place the buns on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
