Description

This Keto Blackberry Cobbler is a delicious low-carb dessert that satisfies your sweet tooth without the carbs. Perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups blackberries
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup sweetener (erythritol or stevia)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the blackberries and half of the sweetener.
  3. In another bowl, combine almond flour, melted butter, eggs, baking powder, remaining sweetener, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well blended.
  4. Pour the almond flour mixture over the blackberries in the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and set.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
