A delicious and creamy Keto dish made with chicken, bacon, and mushrooms.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 slices bacon
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and chicken breasts, cooking until browned on both sides and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Add mushrooms and garlic to the skillet, sauté until mushrooms are tender.
- Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing to a simmer.
- Add chicken back to the skillet, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through. Crumble bacon over the top before serving.
Notes
- This dish can be served over zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice for a complete meal.
- Feel free to add more vegetables like spinach or bell peppers.
