Description

A delicious and creamy Keto dish made with chicken, bacon, and mushrooms.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and chicken breasts, cooking until browned on both sides and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add mushrooms and garlic to the skillet, sauté until mushrooms are tender.
  4. Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing to a simmer.
  5. Add chicken back to the skillet, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through. Crumble bacon over the top before serving.

Notes

  • This dish can be served over zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice for a complete meal.
