- 2 pounds chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup chopped bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the chicken thighs and chicken broth. Bring to a boil and cook until chicken is tender.
- Remove the chicken, shred it, and return to the pot.
- Add the cream cheese and ranch seasoning to the pot, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the bacon, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, green onions, garlic, and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
