Delicious low-carb bagels perfect for a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave until melted, about 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway.
  3. In another bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add the melted cheese mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Incorporate the eggs and mix until a dough forms.
  6. Divide the dough into four equal pieces and shape each piece into a bagel.
  7. Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
