- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave until melted, about 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway.
- In another bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the melted cheese mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Incorporate the eggs and mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into four equal pieces and shape each piece into a bagel.
- Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
- For a different flavor, add spices or herbs to the dough.
