Ingredients

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the egg whites, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour half of the egg mixture into the skillet, tilting to form a thin layer.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes or until set, then flip and cook for another minute.
- Repeat with the remaining egg mixture.
- Remove from heat and fill with your favorite ingredients.
