Description

Delicious and healthy egg white wraps ideal for breakfast or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the egg whites, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour half of the egg mixture into the skillet, tilting to form a thin layer.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until set, then flip and cook for another minute.
  5. Repeat with the remaining egg mixture.
  6. Remove from heat and fill with your favorite ingredients.
