Delicious and easy-to-make salmon patties that are keto-friendly, served with a zesty lemon garlic aioli.


Ingredients

  • 1 can wild-caught salmon, drained
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, for frying
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the salmon, eggs, onion, almond flour, Dijon mustard, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
  4. For the aioli, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  5. Serve the salmon patties with the lemon garlic aioli on the side.

Notes

  • Make sure to drain the salmon thoroughly for better texture.
  • These patties can be baked at 375°F for 20 minutes instead of frying.
