- 1 can wild-caught salmon, drained
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, for frying
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the salmon, eggs, onion, almond flour, Dijon mustard, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
- For the aioli, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Serve the salmon patties with the lemon garlic aioli on the side.
Notes
- Make sure to drain the salmon thoroughly for better texture.
- These patties can be baked at 375°F for 20 minutes instead of frying.
