Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, cream cheese, sweetener, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool, and then drizzle with melted chocolate chips.
