Description

These deviled eggs are filled with a spicy kick that will elevate your appetizer game.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot and covering with cold water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in ice water for 5 minutes, then peel.
  3. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the yolks, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  6. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions.
