Description

A delicious dairy free quiche that fits perfectly into a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and almond milk.
  3. Add in the spinach, bell peppers, onions, bacon, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set in the center.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
