- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and almond milk.
- Add in the spinach, bell peppers, onions, bacon, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set in the center.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- This quiche can be served hot or cold.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
