- 1 cup chopped onions
- 8 ounces fresh spinach
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent.
- Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add the cooked spinach and onions to the egg mixture.
- Stir in shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set and golden on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

- For added flavor, consider adding herbs such as dill or thyme.
