Description

This delicious crustless spinach quiche is a healthy and easy dish perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 8 ounces fresh spinach
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent.
  3. Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Add the cooked spinach and onions to the egg mixture.
  6. Stir in shredded cheese.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set and golden on top.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
