- 1/2 cup sugar-free Jello powder
- 2 tablespoons gelatin
- 1 cup water

- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of water and mix in the sugar-free Jello powder until dissolved.
- Add the gelatin to the Jello mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Slowly pour in the Jello mixture while continuing to beat the cream.
- Add the vanilla extract and powdered erythritol, if using, and mix until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into serving cups and refrigerate until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
