Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free Jello powder
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of water and mix in the sugar-free Jello powder until dissolved.
  2. Add the gelatin to the Jello mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  5. Slowly pour in the Jello mixture while continuing to beat the cream.
  6. Add the vanilla extract and powdered erythritol, if using, and mix until fully incorporated.
  7. Pour the mixture into serving cups and refrigerate until set.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
