Description

A rich and flavorful soup that combines cajun spices with tender chicken and creamy goodness.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup corn
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cajun seasoning, cooking until the chicken is browned.
  3. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add heavy cream and corn, stirring to combine.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
