Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a mixing bowl, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
- Add the sugar, eggs, flour, vanilla extract, lemon juice, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
