Delicious and nutritious chocolate maca bites, perfect for a quick snack or energy boost.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1 cup raw nuts (cashews or almonds)
  • 2 tablespoons maca powder
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the dates and nuts until finely chopped.
  2. Add maca powder, cacao powder, coconut oil, sea salt, and vanilla extract; process until combined.
  3. Form the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  4. Roll the balls in desiccated coconut to coat.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
