- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut (for rolling)
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the dates and nuts until finely chopped.
- Add maca powder, cacao powder, coconut oil, sea salt, and vanilla extract; process until combined.
- Form the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Roll the balls in desiccated coconut to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
