- 1 pound ground breakfast sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage, cheddar cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.

- These can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
