Description

Delicious and easy to make cheesy keto sausage balls, perfect for a low-carb snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage, cheddar cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
