- 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- In a large pot, combine chicken broth and broccoli, and bring to a boil. Cook until broccoli is tender.
- Add the diced ham, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream, and let it heat through.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Serve hot.
