Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 1 cup green beans, chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Add carrot, zucchini, and green beans; cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
