- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the buffalo sauce mixture over them, ensuring they are well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- If using, sprinkle blue cheese crumbles over the chicken during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For an extra kick, increase the amount of buffalo sauce.
- Serve with celery sticks and ranch dressing on the side.
