Description

A delicious and spicy baked buffalo chicken dish that is perfect for game day or a comforting dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the buffalo sauce mixture over them, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  5. If using, sprinkle blue cheese crumbles over the chicken during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
