Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.

- Stir in broccoli and soy sauce, cooking for another 5 minutes until broccoli is tender.
- Sprinkle with rice vinegar and chili flakes, mixing well.
